Job Description What this Job Entails:
The Director of Lean Transformation is responsible for planning, and leading the execution of strategic initiatives as part of the Programs' Transformation roadmap, driving business performance, and ensuring a consistent focus of all activities, processes, and systems to create value for and with Clients, and internal departments. Scope:
Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates directly and via matrix organizational structure. Reviews objectives of other leaders to determine operational success. Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect. Your Roles and
Responsibilities:
Implement the strategy of the Program within the boundaries of agreed responsibilities Manage and/or support the implementation of strategic projects and initiatives in scope Contribute to transversal transformation projects with the objective of optimizing organization, processes, and systems Lead/support day-to-day operations of assigned projects and initiatives ensuring the application of best practices, standard operating procedures and PMO tools Ensure action plans are appropriately and timely implemented and reported Support the development of roadmaps to ensure optimization within programs under management Provide regular review of project status including Executive status reports and escalates issues to leadership as soon as identified Perform analyses and prepare high quality documents for Senior Leadership Team Support needs for ad-hoc analyses and presentations, project reviews, steering committees, business reviews and management presentations Foster implementation of data-driven decision-making processes, tools and governance across the organization, allowing to drive superior performance and value for Clients, Candidates, Associates, and Colleagues Functions aiming at balancing satisfaction and cost optimization Maintain harmonized lines of responsibilities, processes, and best practices sharing across the extended organization and with upstream and downstream stakeholder Manages activities of two or more sections or departments. Exercises supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing. Other duties as required. Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 8
years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 10
years of leadership experience in large scale project management and/or solution design/architecture through implementation preferably through enterprise-wide transformation programs or outsourcing contracts. Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship. Ability to build relationships across all levels within the Astreya organization Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills in communicating with staff at all levels of seniority both internally and customer facing, with the ability to form strong working relationships Ability to work accurately and proactively, with an eye to detail and to prioritise a complex and varied workload Ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and willingness to learn Confident, proactive, hardworking and flexible Exceptional customer facing skills Must be self-motivated Strong analytical/problem solving skills Proficiency in Google docs and/or Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Access, Word, and Excel Experience with various service management systems Physical Demand & Work Environment:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Process ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
